Quick Quote ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application ("App") handles your information.
Quick Quote is a project cost estimation tool designed for freelancers and agencies. The App operates primarily offline and stores data locally on your device.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Business Profile: Business name, contact name, email, phone number, and website. This information is stored locally on your device and used only to populate your quotes.
- Brand Logo: If you upload a logo, it is stored locally on your device and embedded into generated PDF quotes.
- Quote Data: Client names, email addresses, project descriptions, pricing configurations, and quote history. All stored locally on your device.
2.2 Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
- We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
- We do not access your contacts, location, camera (beyond logo selection), or any other device sensors.
3. How Your Data Is Stored
All data entered into Quick Quote is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share a quote via WhatsApp, Email, or PDF sharing.
We have no access to your data. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.
4. Data Sharing
Quick Quote does not share your data with any third parties. When you use the sharing features:
- WhatsApp sharing: Opens WhatsApp with a pre-formatted text message. The message content is controlled by you.
- Email sharing: Opens your default email client with a pre-filled subject and body. No data is sent through our servers.
- PDF sharing: Generates a PDF file locally on your device and opens the native share sheet. The PDF is shared directly from your device.
5. Permissions
The App may request the following permissions:
- Photo Library: Only used to select a brand logo for your business profile. We do not access or upload your photos.
6. Children's Privacy
Quick Quote is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
