By downloading, installing, or using Quick Quote ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Quick Quote is a mobile application that allows freelancers and agencies to generate project cost estimates based on configurable parameters. The App provides tools to:
- Calculate project quotes based on project type, complexity, and timeline
- Add custom line items and extras to quotes
- Generate professional PDF quotes from multiple templates
- Share quotes via WhatsApp, Email, or native sharing
- Save and manage quote history locally on your device
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of all information you enter into the App
- All quotes and estimates generated using the App
- Any communications sent to clients using the App's sharing features
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy of price calculations or estimates
- Fitness for a particular business purpose
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Quick Quote is a tool to assist with generating estimates. All quotes generated by the App are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for verifying pricing accuracy before sending quotes to clients.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quick Quote and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or revenue resulting from quotes generated by the App
- Loss of data stored locally on your device
- Business interruption
- Any damages arising from client disputes over pricing
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Quick Quote. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part thereof
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App's branding or trademarks without written permission
7. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you create using the App, including business profiles, quotes, logos, and client information. We do not claim any ownership over your data.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your data.
9. Updates and Changes
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
